Job Description: Swift Radiant is looking for motivated and results-driven Cold Callers / Tele-Sales Executives to join our business development team. As a Cold Caller, you will be the first point of contact between Swift Radiant and potential clients. You will play a key role in identifying qualified leads, building rapport, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients to support our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided lead lists or self-sourced contacts. Deliver tailored pitches that align with the prospect’s industry and business needs. Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, pain points, and interest in Swift Radiant’s services. Effectively handle objections and provide persuasive, solution-oriented responses. Manage unexpected call scenarios confidently, adjusting approach as needed. Communicate in multiple languages to engage a diverse range of prospects (preferred). Convince prospects to schedule meetings or discovery calls with the business development team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversations, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Stay updated on Swift Radiant’s service offerings (Digital Marketing, Web Development,SEO, etc.) to ensure relevant and compelling pitches. * Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong ability to qualify leads and assess client needs. Confident, persuasive, and articulate in pitching products and services. Skilled in objection handling and problem-solving. Quick thinker with the ability to adapt to different situations on calls. Active listening skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively. Ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, and social media services is a plus. * Preferred Qualifications: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development. Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred, not mandatory). Experience working with digital agencies or in the digital services sector is an added advantage. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
