Co2 welder

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld metal parts using the CO2 (MIG) welding process based on technical specifications and blueprints.
• Prepare and set up welding equipment, ensuring the correct wire and gas are used.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively to produce strong, clean welds.
• Perform weld tests and inspections to ensure the integrity of the welds.
• Repair damaged parts by re-welding or reinforcing the material.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing protective gear such as gloves, helmets, and safety glasses.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure equipment is regularly checked and maintained.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CO2 Welder or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in CO2 welding (MIG) techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Ability to operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a welding environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
