CNC Wood Router/ Multi Boring Operator

• Material Handling:Load and unload materials onto the machine, securing them properly for cutting or shaping.
• Monitoring and Adjustment:Observe the machine's operation, ensuring it's functioning correctly and producing parts according to specifications. Make adjustments to machine settings (speed, feed, etc.) as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Quality Control:Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards, using measuring tools as needed.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Perform routine maintenance on the router machine, such as cleaning and lubrication, and troubleshoot minor issues or malfunctions.
• Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping:Maintain production records, documenting output, defects, and any issues encountered.
• Collaboration:Work with other team members, such as supervisors, setup technicians, or maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth production and address any problems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
