CNC Machine Operator

✅ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
✅ Set up CNC machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and materials.✅ Enter or load machine programs as per job requirements.✅ Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, VMC, etc.) to perform machining operations.✅ Measure and inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments to ensure they meet tolerances.✅ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain part quality.✅ Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.✅ Complete production documentation, including job sheets, inspection records, and daily logs.✅ Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.✅ Communicate with supervisors and team members about issues, improvements, or delays.
