Job Description

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Industry: Furniture Manufacturing (Modular Office Furniture) Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate CNC Machines: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to ensure precise cutting, drilling, and shaping of materials according to specifications. 2. Material Preparation: Prepare materials for CNC machining, including loading and unloading materials, and ensuring materials meet quality standards. 3. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor. 4. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, and reporting any mechanical issues to the maintenance team. 5. Production Planning: Collaborate with the production team to plan and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient production workflows and meeting deadlines. 6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for self and others. 7. Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to processes and procedures to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
