Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records. Extend offers and manage negotiation and onboarding processes.
