Role Summary: Join our automotive design studio to shape the tactile and visual identity of next-gen mobility solutions. As a CMF Designer, you will define color and material strategies for both the exterior and interior of vehicles, translating trend research and material innovation into production-ready palettes. Key Responsibilities: Create full CMF strategies (paint, trim, textile, surface finishes) that enhance brand values and market relevance Research global trends and develop mood boards and material stories Source and validate materials with suppliers, ensuring durability and automotive-grade compliance Support development of CMF prototypes, swatch boards, and digital visualizations Collaborate with design, marketing, purchasing, and engineering teams across project stages Maintain the CMF material library and digital asset systems Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Industrial Design, Textile Design, or Material Science 56 years of CMF experience at an automotive OEM or supplier studio Strong understanding of materials used in vehicle interiors (textiles, leathers, plastics, coatings) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, KeyShot, or similar visualization tools Experience working with paint suppliers, trim vendors, and Tier-1 manufacturers Portfolio demonstrating CMF concepts and material application in vehicles
