Stay updated with the latest cloud trends and security best practices. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with Linux, networking, and system administration. Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills to support clients effectively. Availability to work in shifts to support clients across different time zones (if needed). Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPCs. Certification in AWS, Azure or technical courses in cloud computing technologies Exposure to DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins. Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash. We're designing a portal that will allow users to provision compute, storage, and other cloud services seamlessly. To make that happen, we’re looking for a UI/UX intern who can help us turn workflows into clean, intuitive, developer-friendly screens. Role Overview (Must Read) As a UI/UX Design Intern , you’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to transform user journeys into polished interfaces. We’ve already selected a Next.js-based admin theme — your role will involve working within this theme , customizing layouts, and delivering clear screen designs in Figma that developers can implement with minimal guesswork. What You’ll Do (Must Read) Understand competition flows. Study workflows from competitors and internal use cases to map user journeys . Design responsive wireframes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Customize and adapt pre-built theme components (e.g., sidebars, cards, forms) to Cloudflex needs. Create screen flows that match product use cases like: onboarding, dashboard, provisioning, settings, notifications, billing, etc. Prepare clean and organized design files for frontend developers. Collaborate with product and frontend teams to review designs before handoff. Understand and follow UI consistency, responsiveness, and component-based design principles. Iterate based on feedback and user testing inputs. Must-Have Skills (Must Read) Hands-on experience with Figma (either via college, internship, freelance, or personal projects) Understanding of web dashboard UI/UX patterns Ability to work within design systems or admin themes Prior knowledge of Public Cloud Portals like AWS, GCP, Azure, OVH, Digital Ocean, etc. If not, and if you are shortlisted candidates who can read about the public cloud, start a free trial and try to understand the flow will be given HIGHEST Preference.
