Good location. Near hope farm junction,where metro is coming up. Management was good. Well ventilated property.Building construction is good and amenties are neat and reasonable for the purchased price. Overall good experience.

I shifted here in December 2019. Society in new and very helpful. Builder tried to take a concept of smart home in whitefield. Nothing is perfect in today's world but we have to make things right by our combined effort. I am happy that I have taken a decision to buy a flat here.

I think ARK is the fist builder in Whitefield area that came up with Smart Homes idea(Video calling doors, Touch panels/App control for switches, temperature controlled pool and sensors for wash rooms. Though there was a little delay in the construction, I feel that I got a good product at the end with good ventilation and facilities.
