Job Title: South Indian & Snack Cook Location: Bhiwandi,Thane Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Timings: Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and punctual cook with expertise in preparing popular South Indian breakfast items and Indian snacks. The ideal candidate should be experienced in making items like Idli, Vada, Sambar, Coconut Chutney, Vada Pav, and Bhajia with authentic taste and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook daily breakfast items including idli, vada, sambar, chutney. Fry and serve popular snacks like vada pav and bhajia. Ensure timely preparation and freshness of food during both shifts. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow cleanliness protocols. Manage ingredient inventory and inform management of stock needs. Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain quality and reduce wastage. Assist with kitchen setup and closing tasks. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in South Indian and Indian snack cooking. Ability to manage morning and evening shifts. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Punctual, disciplined, and able to work independently. Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby or with flexible commute.
