Job Description

Work Location: West Tambram

Work Timing: 10 Am- 7 Pm

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

CTC: 12K - 18K Per Month

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Handle client communications via phone, email, or in person.
  • Support the sales team by following up with leads and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable course offerings.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, demos, or sessions as required.
  • Gather feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn about our engineering and GATE course offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
