Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identify & Develop New Business Opportunities – Research and engage with potential schools and education institutions. ✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition – Approach decision-makers (principals, school administrators) to introduce Classess' academic solutions. ✅ Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and educational stakeholders. ✅ Sales & Revenue Growth – Drive sales performance and contribute to revenue goals through effective selling techniques. ✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities. ✅ Collaboration with Teams – Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales efforts. ✅ Negotiation & Deal Closure – Lead discussions, present proposals, and finalize agreements with schools. Requirements: Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the education sector or EdTech . Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and persuade decision-makers effectively. Negotiation & Presentation Abilities: Confidence in handling discussions with school leadership. Self-Starter & Goal-Oriented: A proactive approach to business development with a drive to meet targets. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to schools within the designated region. Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred). Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory). Must own a laptop. Must own a two wheeler.
