• Minimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms.
• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, schedule, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, vendors, and engineers for smooth site execution.
• Inspect and ensure quality of construction materials and workmanship
• Ensure site safety protocols and labor laws are strictly followed.
• Manage daily workforce allocation and attendance.
• Monitor material usage, stock levels, and timely requisition of materials.
• Prevent material wastage and theft through strict supervision.
• Maintain site logs, work schedules, daily progress reports (DPRs), and site records.
• Report issues, delays, or incidents to the project manager promptly.
• Assist in inspections by government bodies, architects, or quality control teams.
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Assist engineers in layout marking, measurements, and levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
