Civil Site Supervisor

We are a well-established construction company in Bahrain, seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for our residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in site execution, GCC experience, and the ability to manage teams and ensure project milestones are achieved.

JOB LOCATION WILL BE BAHRAIN

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to meet project timelines
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site safety, labor productivity, and quality control
• Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements to project engineers
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and standards
• Assist in managing materials, equipment, and manpower at the site
• Resolve site-related issues and support project execution

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
• 4- 6 years of site supervision experience, with at least 3 years in the GCC
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and sequencing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Familiarity with local safety standards and quality requirements
• Valid GCC driver’s license is a plus
