Role & responsibilities Developing Project Plans and Schedules : Create detailed project plans and schedules, defining project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Resource Allocation : Identify and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth project progression. Risk Management : Assess potential risks that could impact the project timeline and develop mitigation strategies. Progress Monitoring : Continuously monitor project progress against the established schedule, identifying any deviations, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Reporting : Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including project status updates, forecasts, and performance metrics. Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines. Technical Support : Provide technical support and advice to the project team. Client Interaction : Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
