Job Description Civil Engineer (Commercial, Warehouse & Factory Projects) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure Functional Area: Site Engineering / Project Management Role Category: Site Engineering / Project Execution Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage civil engineering projects including commercial buildings, warehouses, and factory structures from start to finish. Review architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks; resolve any technical issues that arise. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, costs, and quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site. Support procurement planning for materials, equipment, and labor. Maintain documentation including site logs, inspection reports, and as-built drawings. Key Skills: Site Execution & Supervision Project Coordination & Scheduling Structural Drawings & Detailing Quality Assurance & Control Vendor & Contractor Management Quantity Estimation & Billing AutoCAD / MS Project / Primavera (preferred) Knowledge of relevant IS codes and safety norms Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred but not required) Preferred Candidates: Prior experience in execution of RCC framed structures and pre-engineered buildings (PEB) Strong knowledge of industrial construction practices Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements
