Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP professional to manage and support our in-house IN4Suite Real Estate ERP software. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining business processes, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and support of ERP modules tailored to real estate operations. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Documentation Analyze, map, and document existing business processes across departments (sales, procurement, finance, projects, etc.). Identify gaps and recommend process improvements aligned with ERP capabilities. Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, SOPs, and user manuals for ERP functionalities. Tally ERP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Use Tally ERP for accounting data validation and integration with IN4 ERP. Perform data analysis, reports generation, and presentations using Microsoft Excel . Document reports, process notes, and project communication using Word and Outlook . Project Coordination & Team Leadership Serve as a liaison between ERP vendors, internal departments, and users. Coordinate and monitor ERP implementation phases, including requirement gathering, testing, user training, and go-live. Lead and guide internal ERP support staff and ensure timely issue resolution. Real Estate ERP (IN4SUITE) In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IN4Suite ERP modules, particularly Sales, CRM, Project Management, Procurement, and Finance. Configure, maintain, and update modules as per business needs. Provide end-user training and technical support specific to real estate workflows. End-to-End ERP Deployment and Support Oversee full-cycle ERP implementation including planning, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live, and post-deployment support. Work with software vendors and consultants to ensure timely upgrades and troubleshoot system issues. Monitor ERP system performance and user adoption, and drive continuous improvements. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support, preferably in real estate domain . Strong command over IN4Suite ERP platform is highly desirable. Solid understanding of accounting systems and integration (especially with Tally). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes: ERP certification or training in IN4Suite or other ERP systems. Experience with workflow automation and real estate process optimization. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities 1. Contracts Management & Vendor Finalization: Oversee end-to-end contract management for all civil and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project specifications and budgets. Prepare, review, and finalize contract agreements, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work with vendors and contractors. Ensure risk assessment, legal compliance, and contractual obligations are well-defined before contract execution. Evaluate and manage claims, variations, and contractual disputes in coordination with the legal and project teams. 2 . Procurement Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for all civil and MEP materials and subcontracted works. Ensure timely procurement of materials and services without delays in project execution. Optimize procurement costs by negotiating the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
