Job Description

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the Centre. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high quality and consistency. Manage budgets and financial plans, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. Manage and maintain the physical space, including equipment, supplies, and facilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring a competent and motivated workforce. Address staff grievances and manage performance issues. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment. Strategic Planning and Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Centre goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Evaluate the Centre's performance and make recommendations for optimization. Develop and implement community development strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members. Represent the Centre in a positive and professional manner. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information. Other Responsibilities: Organize events and activities. Manage inventory and supplies. Ensure the Centre is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Handle cash receipts and banking transactions. Maintain accurate records and reports.
