Maintain a deep knowledge of channel partner products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing channel partners. Identify dealer needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions. Provide dealers with comprehensive product/service information and guide their decision-making process. Ensure dealer satisfaction and retention by facilitating transactions and cross-selling products. Achieve retention and transaction targets. Resolve complaints and issues pertaining to dealers efficiently and in a timely manner. Conduct daily visits as per the scheduled beat, connecting dealers to the Cars24 platform.
