The IT System Administrator and Security Compliance Coordinator position involves system support and administration of the CargoWise One (C1) Application and Security Group Compliance functions within the C1 system. This role provides support to various departments including Information Technology, Global Process Compliance, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, and Operations. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining security groups, training regional and local administrators, documenting system settings, managing user administration, maintaining approved global positions, and setting up Client and Agent Organizations. The position also involves collaborating with local IT resources for warehouse setup, importing products, providing vessel upload and data, and supporting Global HR with Go-Live implementation. Additionally, the role requires coordinating workflow between Global HR, Compliance, and the IT department, updating charge codes, managing C1 Incident Management, assisting with printer setup, monitoring customer service tasks queue, and providing end user support. Strong communication skills, the ability to establish relationships, and knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry and CargoWise One are essential. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in Freight Forwarding, and as a system/software trainer. The role is performed in a climate-controlled office environment and may involve sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 13kgs.
