Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and follow-ups. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed enrollment targets by converting leads into admissions. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to improve our services and offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. 12 years of experience in telecalling or career counselling.
