Career Counsellor Intern

Job Locations - Serampore & Chandannagar [Note - Only female candidates will be preferred for this job role]

Required Experience - Only freshers are eligible to apply for this internship program.(Note - Fluency in Bengali language is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :-

• Making outbound calls to students and parents to promote our multimedia courses - Animation ,VFX ,Graphic Design ,Digital Marketing & 3D Gaming.
• Must be responsible for meeting monthly admission sales targets.
• Generating leads, follow up on inquiries, and converting them into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM portal.

Internship Details:

Total Duration - 12 months (Certificate will be provided after internship completion)

• 1 to 4 months - 5000 stipend plus 2000 incentives per admission (working time - 6 hours part time)
• 5 to 8 months - 8000 stipend plus 2000 incentives per admission (working time - 9 hours full time)
• 9 to 12 months - 10000 stipend plus 2000 incentives per admission (working time - 9 hours full time)

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 – 54 per week
