Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with companies across various industries to create job placement opportunities for students. Identify and contact potential employers to discuss partnership opportunities for campus recruitment. Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. Understand the employment needs of companies and match them with the skills of students to ensure successful placements. Assist students in preparing for interviews, including resume building, interview coaching, and career counseling. Maintain a database of companies, contacts, and placement records. Regularly communicate with students and alumni to understand their career goals and provide job-related guidance. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure student readiness for placement opportunities. Provide feedback to the management team regarding student placement success rates and areas of improvement. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience Bachelor's degree.
