Canva Intern

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva Intern to support our Marketing and Human Resources teams. This role involves designing impactful visual content, including social media graphics, internal communications, presentations, and branded materials using Canva.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital design and visual communication within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging content for social media, presentations, and marketing initiatives using Canva.
• Collaborate with the HR and content teams to create internal communication assets such as announcements, newsletters, and policy documents.
• Ensure design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Modify and adapt existing templates for various channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Contribute ideas during campaign planning and assist with visual storytelling.
• Organize and maintain a structured library of creative assets.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Canva with a strong design sensibility.
• Understanding of visual composition, color theory, and typography.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
