Candid Video Editor Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the video editing department for candid and cinematic wedding films
Work closely with cinematographers and clients to deliver emotionally driven wedding edits
Handle end-to-end post-production — from raw footage to final color grade and sound design
Guide junior editors, ensure quality control, and uphold our unique visual storytelling style
Take ownership of deadlines and editing pipelines
Bring in fresh ideas for storytelling, pacing, and transitions
Organize project files efficiently, with clean workflows

Requirements:

4–5 years
of hands-on experience editing wedding videos
Must have
experience in shooting weddings
(not just post-prod!)
Strong storytelling and visual sense —
creativity is non-negotiable
Deep understanding of
cinematic editing styles
— pacing, transitions, soundscapes
Proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Da Vinci Resolve
Adobe After Effects
