Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound calls in a timely manner Identify customer query and forward the call to the concerned department/ person, resolve complaints, and provide contact details of concerned person/department Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of a callers request, including follow-ups with escalation team Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way including details of customer, type of query, concerned department/person and resolution Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring that all questions are handled appropriately Required skills and qualifications Any Graduate Experience working in a call center or customer-support role Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi (non-negotiable)
