Role: Sr./ Lead Java Fullstack professional Work Location: SAS Nagar Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Hibernate) . This role will oversee the performance and outcomes of 5+ Sr. Delivery Leads, 15+ Delivery/Project Managers, and ensuring projects are executed to high standards, within scope, on time, and with optimized resource and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with deep experience in platform-based service delivery. Key Responsibilities Managing Team Size: 5+ Sr. Delivery Leads, 15+ Delivery/Project Managers, ~120+ Technical project resources ? Strategic Delivery Management • Oversee project delivery health across all accounts. • Align delivery operations with business growth goals. • Develop frameworks for scalable, repeatable delivery excellence. Leadership & Team Management • Manage and mentor Delivery Managers. • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and lead quarterly reviews. • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability. ? Nice to Have • Certification in any of the platforms (MuleSoft/Salesforce/Snowflake) • PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications • Experience in client-facing roles across global geographies
