Key Responsibilities: High-Volume Sourcing and Screening Using multiple sourcing channels like job portals, social media, job fairs, walk-in drives, and employee referrals to attract large pools of candidates. Conducting initial screenings through telephonic or video interviews to shortlist candidates. Building and maintaining a robust database of potential candidates for future requirements. Organizing Recruitment Drives,Planning and executing large-scale recruitment events, including job fairs, open houses, and campus hiring drives. Ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, scheduling, and follow-up for high-volume recruitment initiatives. Collaboration with Stakeholders,Working closely with hiring managers to understand bulk hiring requirements and specific skill sets needed for roles. Partnering with training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and skill development post-hiring as an HR recruiter in Mumbai,Pre-Employment Processes Facilitating pre-employment checks such as background verification and reference checks for large batches of candidates. Ensuring timely preparation and distribution of offer letters,Recruitment Metrics and Reporting Tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratios, and bulk-hiring success rates,Providing daily and weekly reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders,Employer Branding Leveraging social media and other marketing tools to attract candidates for bulk hiring. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Source and engage candidates through online platforms. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates. Sourcing and selecting potential candidates from various online channels, for a company. Telephonic Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview Sourcing profiles based on the given job description from various job portals.
