We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to expand our reach in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding chemists, generating orders, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: Market Outreach: Identify and onboard chemists in the assigned territory. Sales & Order Generation: Promote Kaipsool’s seamless ordering and delivery service, ensuring chemists place regular orders. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists to ensure repeat business. Coordination & Delivery Follow-up: Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of medicines. Data & Reporting: Maintain records of orders, payments, and customer feedback in an organized manner. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Experience in pharmaceutical sales, FMCG sales, or B2B sales is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel within the assigned locations. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Prior experience in working with chemists or medical shops is a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary with attractive incentives.
