Job Description

You are a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), specifically focused on Core Financials modules. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between finance teams and technical teams to implement, enhance, and support financial processes within D365 F&O. Your responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for financial processes across GL, AR, AP, FA, and budgeting modules. You will collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand current processes and identify gaps/improvement opportunities. Your role also involves translating business requirements into functional specifications for D365 F&O and leading or supporting the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of D365 F&O core financials functionality. Additionally, you will support ongoing operations by troubleshooting financial module issues, coordinating with technical teams, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing end-user training and documentation. Working with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of financial solutions is also part of your responsibilities. You will maintain documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, along with 6-10 years of experience as a BSA or Functional Consultant with financial ERP systems. You should have 2+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O Financial modules and a strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AR, AP, FA, budgeting). Experience in creating functional design documents and process flows is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications (Finance-related), experience with integrations, Power Platform, or data migration tools (e.g., Data Management Framework), experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies, knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or other accounting standards, and experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, or professional services. Your proficiency in MS Dynamics will be a key asset in this role.,
