About the Role: We are seeking for dynamic and results-driven Business Product Manager with a strong understanding of AI to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for creating AI-powered Products & process ecosystem. You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, design, business team, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven products that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth. Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap ( AI-Focused ): - Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives, incorporating AI capabilities. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis, with a focus on AI trends and applications. - Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and AI feasibility. - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to understand the capabilities and limitations of AI models. - Product Development and Execution ( AI Integration ): - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and design teams to define product requirements and specifications, including AI model integration. - Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of AI-powered features. - Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and facilitate agile development processes, including those related to AI model training and deployment. - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including AI model performance, to identify areas for improvement. Key Success Metrics: - Increased financial inclusion (measured by loan approval rates for underserved populations). - Reduced loan processing time and costs. - Improved customer satisfaction and retention. - Lower default rates and improved portfolio performance. - Growth in market share and brand recognition. - Measured reduction in bias in loan approvals Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), with a strong interest or background in AI. - 1-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in lending industry, with exposure to AI-driven products. - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, including those with AI components. - Strong understanding of agile development methodologies. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply AI-related data. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including those involving rapidly evolving AI technologies. - Experience with data analysis tools, and techniques, including those used in AI/ML. - Strong understanding of business models, and financial metrics. - Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts, such as machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, or computer vision. - Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
