JOB TITLE: Business Development


APA Compliance business unit caters to the services and software to several global clients on IMDS, REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS, CBAM, ESG and sustainability and many other material compliance regulations. The Product Chemical Compliance business has a very niche market with huge opportunities, and it is growing rapidly. APA has 25+ years of experience in compliance services and software that increases efficiency at least by 50% coupled with some of the industry leading customers as their clients. We are looking for a dynamic technical sales professional who can take up the aggressive targets and hit them. We are looking for someone who has prior compliance sales experience who can travel overseas and close deals.

Technical Sales professional Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for business growth of compliance business unit
  • Identify the new business opportunities
  • Acquire new customers, especially from US and European markets
  • Work towards the target revenue set at the beginning of the financial year
  • Lead the sales team of the compliance business unit
  • Cross-sell the solutions with the existing clients
  • Make impactful presentations to prospective customers through online meetings and face-to-
    face meetings Handle the prospect customer conference calls, get the RFPs
  • Prepare the proposals with the help of the technical team and submit them to the prospects and existing customers
  • Constant following up the prospects to get the purchase order
  • Take the customer satisfaction feedback and work on improving it
  • Visit the prospect and existing clients located overseas. Exhibit/participate in trade shows and generate new leads and new business opportunities
  • Collaboratively work with the delivery team to successfully roll out the project to new customers

Guide the marketing activities of the compliance business unit in terms of webinars,
newsletters, SEO, exhibitions, Google Ads, Blogs, and articles. Responsible for inbound and outbound marketing.

Education, Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, MBA.
  • 10+ years sales or marketing experience
  • Experience in overseas sales in mandatory
  • Prior experience in compliance software and services
