Business Development Manager Freight Forwarding Location: Mumbai Experience: 7–8 years in Freight Forwarding Sales Salary: 10–12 LPA (Negotiable) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in the freight forwarding industry to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in driving business development, managing key accounts, and leading a sales team to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor junior sales team members. Drive business development and manage key accounts. Plan and organize customer visits and strategic meetings. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Oversee the operational handover and customer onboarding processes. Build strong coordination with internal teams to ensure execution excellence. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 7–8 years of experience in pure sales within the freight forwarding industry. Preferred Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience. Expertise in handling large accounts and business expansion strategies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends.
