Business Development Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet quarterly revenue and lead generation goals.
• Identify and qualify leads through email campaigns, partner network, business events, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Understand client pain points and map Chiacons offerings to meet their technology and business objectives.
• Create and deliver tailored proposals, pitch decks, and demos in collaboration with presales and delivery teams.
• Work closely with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with solution teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery handoff.
• Keep abreast of IT trends and emerging tech to pitch innovative use cases to prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of

  3 years of proven experience

  in IT Sales, preferably in consulting or services.
• Deep understanding of at least two of the following domains: RPA, Data Analytics, QA, or Enterprise App Development.
• Strong ability to manage the full sales cyclefrom discovery to closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in handling outbound sales efforts and prospecting new clients independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work under targets and timelines.
• A proactive mindset, high accountability, and strong ownership of tasks
