Business Development Executive/AM

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive/AM to join our technology marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a blend of BD acumen & market research skills. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities. ( Any or multiple) Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to uncover potential clients and emerging trends. Generate leads through email marketing, networking, and participation in our industry events and outreach. Client Relationship Management: -Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. -Understand client needs -Follow up on leads and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Strategy and Execution: Work with team and develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate and close deals at attractive terms. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing & creative teams to ensure client requirements are met. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve service offerings. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor BD performance, maintain accurate records, and generate reports. Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine business development strategies. Networking and Brand Promotion: Represent the agency at our industry conferences, and networking events. Enhance company visibility and competitiveness Preferred candidate profile: Skills: Analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good written and verbal communication. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
