Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide solutions consulting services, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify target markets, create customer profiles, and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in IT Services & Consulting sector.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing/Sales Mandatory

    ; relevant certifications like CRM platforms would be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of software/hardware sales principles; proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Should be working from Chennai and be willing to travel frequently.
