Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive - CASA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships through the sale of Current Account, Savings Account, and Third-Party Products. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire customers for Current Account and Savings Account products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to cross-sell and upsell Third-Party Products. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management. Conduct product presentations and demos to customers and prospects. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers and Product Teams, to ensure seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product development. Requirements: Proven sales experience in the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of Current Account, Savings Account, and Third-Party Products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have 2- wheeler vehicle.
