Role Description We are looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing professional to join our team, as a full-time employee, onsite in Tiruchirappalli. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing process from start to finish for our uPVC windows and doors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving overall growth for the company. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Doorstep Marketing Executive to promote our products/services directly to customers at their homes, offices, or nearby areas. The role involves field visits as well as coordination through online platforms for lead tracking and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with experience involving uPVC windows and doors Knowledge of marketing principles, sales techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) software programs Excellent communication skills for successful collaboration with other team members, clients, and customers Experience with creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously Strong presentation skills with the ability to create attractive marketing collateral (e.g, flyers, digital banners, brochures) Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in basic computer applications and knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube Salary: ₹15,000 (may vary based on experience)
