Job Title:

Branch Manager Retail Liabilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the branch to achieve retail liability business targets (CASA, third-party products, and other banking products).
Drive customer acquisition and retention through excellent service delivery.
Manage and mentor a team of relationship managers and operations staff.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
Regular monitoring of branch performance metrics and corrective actions as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience as a Branch Manager or in a leadership role handling retail banking operations.
Strong knowledge of CASA products, TPP (insurance, MF), and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
