Stay updated with Meta’s latest ad policies, algorithm changes, and best practices. Provide detailed reports on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and actionable insights. Work closely with clients/stakeholders to align media strategies with business goals. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising) . Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking . Knowledge of Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting, CBO, and Conversion API . Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV . Familiarity with third-party tools (e.g., Hyros, Revealbot, AdEspresso) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Certifications in Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory) .
