Develop and implement sales strategies for earthmoving machinery spare parts, including aftermarket sales for JCB and other earthmoving equipment brands. 2. Develop and implement sales strategies for earthmoving machinery spare parts. 3. Handle both online and offline sales through various platforms (B2B portals, direct customer visits, and online marketing). 4. Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with construction businesses, JCB spare parts dealers, and industrial workshops. 5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads. 6. Visit customers in Bangalore and nearby regions to generate sales. 7. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. 8. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. 9. Identify and target potential clients in the aftermarket segment, including repair workshops, construction companies, and independent contractors.

Fluency in Kannada and Telegu. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools is a plus. 5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
