Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities for CNC machines, including generating leads, making presentations, and closing deals. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production) to provide technical support and resolve customer issues. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and demonstrate product capabilities. Identify new market opportunities through networking, trade shows, etc. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, programming languages (e.g., G-code), and engineering drawing principles. Proficiency in using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software such as MasterCAM or Delcam.
