Strong knowledge of

Proficiency in

(Google OCR / Microsoft OCR) and
Intelligent Document Processing
(IDP), including
Decipher
and
Interact
.
Ability to develop
reusable workflows
, custom components, and automation frameworks.
Skilled in preparing and managing documentation like
PDDs

SDDs
, and maintenance manuals aligned with CoE standards.
Experienced in
end-to-end configuration
, deployment, and maintenance of Blue Prism environments.
Solid understanding of
application architecture and infrastructure
for automation.
Familiar with
custom solutions, integration with partner products
, and
Blue Prism ecosystem expansion
.
Knowledge of
RPA best practices
, coding standards, and
scalability principles
.
Effective in
troubleshooting

debugging

technical support
across internal and external teams.
