Build from Scratch: Head of Product Development (Founding Team)
At Blac , we’re reimagining what a card can be — not just a payment tool, but a status symbol, a social flex, and a reward engine for how you live, shop, and express yourself. We’re blending fintech, lifestyle, and community to create India’s first social rewards card — where your social influence, loyalty to brands, and personal style matter as much as your spending power. And we’re building it from scratch . If you’ve ever wanted to build a product that feels like a movement , this is your shot. What You'll Own: Full ownership of the MVP product journey — from idea to shipping Design and deliver core features : onboarding, virtual card, loyalty tracking, social score dashboard Build and lead the team across product, engineering, and design Set up agile workflows , feedback loops, and sprint cycles Collaborate with founders on vision, velocity, and user obsession Balance tech feasibility with design ambition (you’ll be the one making trade-offs) What You’ll Learn: How to ship 0 to 1 products in the real world — not in sandbox decks How to build systems that blend fintech, gamification, and consumer psychology How to lead from the front and recruit top talent How to operate like a founder: ownership, clarity, and impact > everything How to grow with a brand that’s built for culture, not just code Who You Might Be: 3–6 years in product — ideally in fintech, lifestyle tech, or early-stage consumer startups Strong with product sense, UI/UX thinking, and roadmap prioritization You’ve built or scaled products from 0 , not just optimized them You’re hands-on, design-aware, and obsessed with user experience You want to stay long-term and build a legacy , not just a résumé line Note: We’re not looking for interns or short-term contractors . This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the brand. While we may not be able to compensate you heavily in the short term, we’re committed to creating long-term upside, growth, and ownership for the right person. Show more Show less
