Job Brief We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage international voice process interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and driving sales conversions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers professionally. Understand customer needs and promote relevant products or services . Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs on a regular basis. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions. Record and maintain accurate information of all customer interactions in CRM systems . Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business goals. Education Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass Preferred : Graduate in any discipline Experience Minimum 1 year experience in an international voice process , preferably in B2C sales . Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling customer objections effectively. Behavioral & Technical Skills Fluent in English – both spoken and written. Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Persuasive selling ability and customer-centric approach. Familiarity with CRM tools , MS Excel , and basic computer skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively . Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts , depending on process requirements.
