Role & responsibilities

Managing Windows Server environments and ensuring system stability.
Database Management
Working with SQL Server for data integration and reporting.
Application Support
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CareAnalyzer software.
Security & Compliance
Ensuring adherence to HEDIS and other regulatory standards
.Automate manual stuff they are currently doing using (RDA/RPA)
Managing CareAnalyzer tool is a huge plus.
Good knowledge to work with scripts
Integration the tool and Control-M Healthcare & Analytical Skills HEDIS & Quality Reporting
Understanding NCQA HEDIS measures and compliance requirements.
Predictive Modeling
Utilizing CareAnalyzer analytics for population health management.
Data Integration
Managing clinical data sources for accurate reporting and provider engagement.
