BIM Modeler - Fresher - B Arch.

Educational Qualification : B Arch

Eligibility:

• 0-3 years of experience as BIM Modeler
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction drawings
• Knowledge of all MEP systems (HVAC/Electrical/Fire Fighting system)
• Proficient in Revit Software

Responsibilities:

• Ensure model health and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate representations.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.

Requirements and skills:

• Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with team members within office and external client communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
