Job Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience: 3 - 8 Years Domain : Mechanical / Electrical Must Required Skills: Revit Roles and Responsibilities: : Proficient in Revit 3D BIM modeling with BIM360 / ACC experienced MEP modeler. Detailed modeling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection service support structure Modeling Expert level in creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters. Detailed modelling for MEP- HVAC, Electrical & PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation and Detailing, Quantity schedules, Templates, Title sheet setting etc. Performing clash analysis within services & for all other services & solving the clashes if any. Preparation of Project Setup in Revit. Creating Multi user work sharing environment in Revit. Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF. Generating sections/schedules/schematics in models. Self-motivated talent management characteristics with problem solving skills. Strong interacting skills with clients and manage deliverables to ensure timely delivery of projects. Efficient communication skills with good presentation, negotiation and relationship characteristics. Ability to consistently work independently.
