Job Description

As a customer service representative at our restaurant, you will be responsible for taking customer orders at the counter, packing food items, making coffee, and filling beverage cups. Additionally, you will function as the host/hostess of the restaurant, making reservations for customers and receiving food checks from waiters or customers. Your role will also involve appeasing impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours. In addition to customer service duties, you will manage the register, handling all credit card and cash operations. It will be your responsibility to ensure a balance of the register at the end of your shift or working period. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The schedule will involve rotational shifts, and there is a yearly bonus opportunity. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in billing and cashier roles. The work location is in person, providing an opportunity to interact directly with customers and provide excellent service.,
