BI Analyst

MIS and Analysis

• Analyze large data sets with ability to draw conclusions and provide insights to stakeholders

• Support Business Analyst in both ad hoc and standard PowerPoint & Excel reports

• Running weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, send key highlights to Leadership Team

• Work with developer to customize Tableau dashboards for different Vantage cohorts & use cases
• Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data regularly
• Ensuring the base data is captured accurately (incl. billing and operations data)
• Own weekly billing process from Request Management System and send to Finance team
• Partner with Finance team to understand economics of business and match with ops data
• Interpret stakeholder business needs and translate them into opera

  tional requirements.

• Provide ad hoc analytical support for internal initiatives and special projects

Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience as a business analyst or in a data analytics focused role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting

• Experience working with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and/or CRM

  platforms is preferred
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a global, virtual team
